In accordance with current trends and needs the company has been and is developing like all progressive companies in its field in Slovenia. The direction the development will be steered in is to become the leader in the commercial sector of the construction industry.
These are the mid-term overall objectives according to area:

1. Organisation of the company
   - Up to date organisation of commercial company with a recognised corporate culture
    
2. Development of information system for control of production preparation and management
   - Computerisation of production
   - Introduction of e-commerce
    
3. Development of new production programmes and updating of existing, attractive programmes
   - Updating and expansion of Železokrivnica capacity
   - Superlight microporous concretes
   - New steel constructions
   - New combined windows
   - Linear concrete constructions - continued application
    
4. New commercial approaches to sales
   - Work on the markets of the former Yugoslavia
   - Cooperation with commercial and financially competent partners
    
5. Development of quality assurance programme
   - Development of quality standards system ISO 9001/2000
   - Set up and development of TQM and business excellence quality systems
   - Organised approach to organising innovative activities
