The changes in the work patterns resulted in 346 internal job transfers. The deficit to 100% covers public holidays, annual leave and special leave, work interruptions, sick leave and leave without pay. In relation to the sick leave component 4.4% was shouldered by the company while 2.3% was covered by the Social Security. |
